Available services, destination eligibility, charges, and the current delivery estimate are shown at checkout before payment. Orders are normally reviewed and released within 1–3 business days; weekends, holidays, compliance review, payment verification, weather, and carrier interruptions can extend that window.
View order historyTracking is posted to your account and sent to the order email when the carrier record is created. Inspect the package promptly. For delay, damage, loss, or delivery-scan concerns, submit the Contact form with the order and tracking numbers.
